Inventions

                                                                  Cross Bow

                                       The Cross bow was invented in the Zhou dynasty.  The invention of the crossbow the 4th century B.C.E. The invention of the cross bow enabled archers to shoot pointed metal bolts released by a trigger. They created it because of the war. When they needed weapons they thought of the idea of not just throwing arrows at them with there hands. They metal bolts to be released by the wooden handle that looks like the letter D. The people of the Zhou dynasty used this in war, and it took a while for the other dynasty's to find out about the new and improved weapon there is to help other dynasty's with the war. This is one of the Cross bows in the Zhou Dynasty.
